Our services
Therapy is more than a place to talk.
Its a place where you can think clearly, gain perspective, and create meaningful change.
I offer 50 minute individual and family therapy sessions.
Individual Therapy
I offer a thoughtful, personalized approach to therapy shaped around you and what you need.
Many of my clients are successful, thoughtful people who appear “fine” on the outside, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained underneath.
Whether you’re navigating a demanding career, a major life transition, relationship challenges, or the weight of ongoing stress, therapy can help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and move forward with greater confidence.
Family Therapy
Work with the entire family unit is central to my practice, and helping families accept and understand the family dynamic is an important part of the process. When one member of the family struggles, the effects are often felt throughout the family. That’s why working with all members of the family to understand the broader family dynamic are central to my approach.
I believe meaningful progress happens when families feel understood, supported, and involved in the therapeutic process. Early intervention, along with active family involvement, can foster positive emotional change, strengthen communication, and help create a greater sense of balance at home.
As part of my work with children and adolescents, I meet regularly with parents and, when appropriate, collaborate with teachers and other professionals involved in your child's care.
Children
Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling. Anxiety, frustration, sadness, or difficulty adjusting may instead show up through changes in behavior, relationships, or everyday routines. I believe a child’s behavior is often a form of communication - and understanding what lies beneath it is an important part of therapy.
Every child is different. Together, we’ll identify areas of concern while building on your child’s natural strengths. Therapy can help children better understand and express difficult emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident navigating challenges.
Adolescents
Adolescence brings tremendous emotional, social, and physical change. At the same time, teens are developing a stronger sense of identity, seeking greater independence, and navigating changing relationships with family and peers. It can be an exciting period, and also an overwhelming one.
Therapy gives adolescents a space to explore what they’re experiencing without judgment. Together, we work to understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, relationships, and everyday challenges.
The goal is to help adolescents build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in who they are - while supporting a healthy and evolving relationship with their parents.
Adults
Work, relationships, family, parenthood, and personal expectations can create a constant sense of pressure. You may be accomplishing everything you’re supposed to while still feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down and better understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions influencing how you feel and respond. Together, we’ll distinguish between what you can change and what you may need to approach differently, while developing healthier ways to manage the challenges in front of you.
Our work is designed to help you gain perspective, feel more grounded, and approach your life with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
